This changelog is a placeholder for the first public docs cutover. The marketing site already links to docs.cerca.dev/changelog, so this route exists now even before we have a polished release-note process. Use this page for changes that affect developers building on the API: new endpoints, changed request shapes, SDK updates, new built-in tool namespaces, authentication behavior, approval semantics, sandbox changes, and migration notes. Keep internal implementation detail out unless it changes what a customer should do. For now, treat the API Reference as the source of truth for exact route and schema shape. The guides explain the mental model and the common flows, but this page should eventually become the lightweight log of what changed and why it matters.
